The Tao Jones was a groovy, eclectic, mostly instrumental group with a powerful sound blasted out by blazing horns, a thunderous rhythm section, and a guitarist who struck like lightning.  These guys played around Colorado and the West during the early 21st century, and were a crowd favorite before disbanding, dissipating like so many grains of sand blown by the desert wind.
