Aztec Ruins National Monument in northeastern New Mexico is a little gem of a park. You can wander through a rather large ruin and enter a reconstructed giant ceremonial kiva. It's all easily accessible to most anyone. The park is located in the town of Aztec, which is a stone's throw from the Four Corners region which includes Monument Valley, Canyon de Chelley, Chaco Canyon, Petrified Forest, and lots more. Definitely worth a look if you are passing through the area. | ||||||||||||
